M/Y Alyssa is a
brand new luxury ship which made its first sailing in January
2006. It offers 66
cabins - 58 Double cabins, 6 King bed cabins and 2 suites. All
have been designed by the famous swiss architect Pia Schmid and
an environment friendly attitude was adopted on here building
and design.
Each cabin has
air-conditioning, mini fridge, mini bar, bath, WC, hair dryer,
ventilator, heating, telephone, radio, satellite TV on colour
television with video and music channels, internet access
and safe. There are both smoking and non smoking rooms
available.
Facilities include
a unique panoramic Green Wellness Centre, equipped with
the latest machines, a mud bath, sauna bath, jacuzzi, multi
purpose gym including bicycle, rowing machine, treadmill and
multi purpose machine. there is a vitamin bar for
relaxation within the centre and also a masseur.
Also on board
there is a deluxe restaurant, a luxurious African
Style lounge bar with regular piano performances, LCD screen
for shows and a dance floor. The Sundeck bar has a Teak
wood floor and is open to serve drinks whilst you take your seat
in a sun lounger and watch the Nile pass by. There is also
an Italian Terrace on the 3rd of the 4 decks offering
Italian drinks and snacks and the Moroccan Cafe on the
2nd deck serving Moroccan drinks and snacks.

On
arrival at Luxor, transfer to the boat and we remain
onboard at Luxor overnight |

Day 2 |
Visit the East Bank
of Luxor - the Karnak Temples and Luxor Temples.
There is an optional sound and light experience in the
evening at the Karnak Temple or you have the evening
free to explore Luxor where we remain overnight. |

Day 3 |
There is an optional early morning tour of the West Bank
- The Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut Temple and the
Colossi Memnon. During lunch we begin our sail to
Esna. We either stop at Esna or move on to Edfu
for our overnight. |

Day 4 |
Visit
the Temple of Horos in Edfu by horse and carriage.
We then sail to Kom Ombo where we visit the double
temple of Kom Ombo. We continue with our sailing
overnight to Aswan. |

Day 5 |
We
begin the day with a visit to the High Dam, the Old Dam,
the unfinished Obelisk and the Ancient Philae Temple,
home of the God Isis. The afternoon is at leisure. |

Day 6 |
An
early morning sunrise tour takes us to Abu Simbel and
the Temple of Ramses II. This is an optional tour
but probably the most impressive. In the afternoon
there is an optional felucca ride around the Agha Khan
Mausoleum and a visit to the Botanical Gardens.

Day 7 |
The
Alyssa makes its way leisurely back to Luxor allowing
you a full day of relaxation onboard watching the life
of the Nile go by. Pamper yourself in the Green

maybe take in a visit to the Museum of Luxor

Sun Boat III. This is an intimate yacht carrying only 36
guests in 14 beautifully appointed cabins all with two picture
